Part of 4:Install,placement and Curation

In this chapter, I mainly introduce: "Naked" - Combine and Build

Combine & Build

After basically completing all the components, what I need to do is how to assemble them together to present the effect I want . So I started my first attempt.

01

For the first time, I didn't connect the internal organs, the skin was lying on the ground.

This effect is not good, the reason may be:

1: The positions of internal organs, skin, and bones are too loose. From the perspective of composition, the blank space in the middle makes the work lack a visual center.

2: The posture of the skin is too much like a person lying there without clothes scattered.

When I stringed up the internal organs, it looked better visually, but it still looked too regular, and it didn't look like it was hanging and scattered randomly after taking off the clothes.

Also, I experimented with how they look in a dark space. While light shines beautifully on translucent colored work and brings out the particular beauty of the material, I think the dark space casts an eerie tint on my work, which is not what I wanted.

In the last modification, I changed the position of the internal organs and skin, and it is no longer a simple and regular hanging, so that their placement looks more casual, like a tired person who returns home and puts a piece of clothing One by one, they were taken off and casually thrown on the hangers, and some clothes even fell off the hangers. Scattered bones next to the hanger look like smelly socks that have just been taken off
